We prepare cost estimate based on design concept. This estimate may be amended depending upon revisions in design concept & meetings.
After acceptance of the estimate, we prepare the contract, site plans, floor plans, elevations. Our experts assist you with color selections / finishes.
All consents & applications, Commencement of construction after Council consents. Site meetings with Project Manager. On completion, your new home is professionally cleaned and final Council inspection is arranged.
